In the course of a busy day, Green Harmony Tea will provide respite and peace. The extraordinarily high levels of anti-oxidants in green tea are always a blessing for the stressed human body. Our Harmony Green Tea is dried and packaged without the assembly lines used in factory tea products. Our herbs retain so much freshness and life that they are able to invigorate the worn out spirits of any modern city dweller or suburbanite. We take care to preserve the fresh power of our green tea leaves, and we also ensure that our tea leaves easy to handle when brewing.

Steeping instructions:
Amount of water: 6 oz
Amount of Tea: 1 Flat teaspoon
Water Temperature: 160° F
Steeping Time: 1-3 minutes.
Note: Do not use boiling water for Green and White teas as they will burn and create bitter flavors.
A good way to guess water temperature without a thermometer is to bring the water to a boil, and wait about 30 seconds (for White tea) or 60 seconds (for Green tea) before pouring over the leaves.
This is one of the most beautiful unflavored green teas I’ve ever tasted. The sweet dark green dried leaves are rolled into pellets, which unfurl gracefully in the water to become beautiful whole green tea leaves. Even the dried leaves have a very sweet, green aroma. One can tell that these tea leaves are of the highest quality, both before and after brewing. This is a wonderful green tea for everyday drinking, any time of day or night. If you don’t like grassy, crisp green teas then this is a great tea for you. It is sweet and soft, just a whisper of a bite to the aftertaste – not a sign of tartness, grassiness or bitterness (unless you oversteep it or use too hot of water – Red Leaf Tea suggests brewing Green Harmony for 3 minutes at 150°-170°F). With many layers to the flavor, you can taste slight floral notes as well as a hint of maltiness. A fantastic green tea with a very appropriate name.

Hmm...this is good, I am surprised that there is no subtle added artificial flavor. It's very lemony, though I have had other green teas that do have subtle flavors that seem like they may be artificial. The leaves carry some very pleasant, smooth lemon tones. When the water hits the leaves, they unfurl quite beautifully in the cup, providing an ever-so-slight grassy flavor coupled with sweet honey notes and lemon.
This tea will turn sour if oversteeped or steeped in too hot water, as will any decent green tea. While this is not one of the best greens I've had lately (check out recent reviews for Mighty Leaf's green teas, which have been particularly delicious lately), this is a nice, smooth brew with unique lemon flavor.
