Silver Needle white tea is a labor-intensive leaf, harvested in accordance with strict guidelines, and its flavors are unusually strong and sweet. The peacock flower has long symbolized prosperity in China, and the blossom, both sweet and mellow in flavor, often was used by Chinese Emperors to express the successful natures of their regimes.
