We began this blend with a great Chinese black loose leaf tea and added large chunks of dried mango for sweetness. The mango is a fruit filled with water, and when steeped after drying, it releases almost all of its unique sugars in one blast. The mild, sweet floral flavor of cornflowers adds depth to the strong mango flavors, as well as a beautiful blue tinge to the black tea blend!
